This is my first time renting a truck. The ordering process was easy and the pickup and drop off process was easy as well. The vehicle was a bit of a disappointment. The cab of the truck was very dirty, dashboard, floor. The box of the truck as well was not swept out from the previous renters. The latch on the rear door was very difficult to close. I literally had to hit it several times in order for it to close enough for the final latch to close. A hammer would have been useful in this situation, but I didn't have one. Would I rent again if I needed to? Yes, I would but hopefully the second time would be a better experience. Thank you. Donna DeMars
