I went in on a Sunday to pick up a trailer so I could empty out a storage unit I had been wanting to get rid of. When I went in, I started chit chatting with the owner of Melody Muffler. What a nice man! He was welcoming, very kind, and helpful. The transaction was very smooth I was in and out within minutes. I did check in on the app prior to going in which I recommend to anyone, as this makes the rents process maybe 1-3 minutes long. The owner made me feel like an old friend that I was borrowing a trailer from. If your ever in need in eastern Oregon, I would use this U-Haul dealer, (Or Muffler Shop) above any others due to the outstanding customer service I was provided. Thanks for everything !

The first U-Haul had serious driving problems as soon as I accelerated on the street. Had to turn around and exchange. It was like the engine wasn’t getting fuel. Hermiston U-HAUL was fantastic. Second vehicle performed excellent and got us across the the state just fine. Can’t say enough about how great the U-Haul man was.
