Not pleased with the overall logistics of UHaul rental. I chose this location upon initial reservation. Within the hour, I was contacted to change my location (further from where I wanted to pickup) as “it was the only location with a same day rental.” When we arrived to pick it up, the rental was broken. Although, no one tried to contact me before arriving. Then, they sent us back to the original location I made the reservation. Thank goodness our move was local and not on a tight schedule. We were granted a $50 credit but much of this could have been avoided with better logistics and communication.

I like a person to answer the telephone. This office is very automated and efficient which is good but hardly busy enough to warrant robotic instructions unless the one-person on duty is busy with a customer. A good, clean, U-Haul location.

Notify the customer of the pickup location in a more timely manner. I had to go to 3 locations before the email/text notification of the correct location. Fix the drive-up at this location, it was taped off. I had to walk across the property from a side parking lot and caught my food in some fencing that was laying in the grass causing me to fall. The fall caused several minor abrasions and a couple of good sized bruises. Not good for a 61 year old. I rented a dolly which was not in trailer, causing me to buy a dolly at the last minute.

Wait was about 20 minutes before someone decided to come back to the floor. There was about 4 of us waiting then. They handed me the keys without bringing the truck, made me walk around to find it. Then made me pick up my dolly and furniture pads. I? have had great experience before but this time you guys have dropped the ball. I? will not be back for business nor recommend you guys for anyone in the future. Have to mention though, the staff that was there was really nice. But yet again looks like there’s a staffing issue and prioritization issue as well.

I was not informed that returning the equipment after midnight would result in 2 days worth of charges. I had the truck for about 10.5 hours. I just happened to need it in the evening. I think that is a completely unfair business practice. It may have been in the fine print somewhere but I think it would be better to inform people verbally. I figured I had 24 hours for one day charges. Now I feel scammed.

Tire PSI was 30 instead of 80 in front right tire. After a couple of miles I stopped because it was driving strangely and noticed the front tire was almost flat. Obviously not looked over well before I took it. Truck was not full of gas as they indicated so I had to pay for several extra gallons that I didn't use. I reported both at return and no one apologized or made amends.

19.95 ride total bill came was around $105 when I took $7 trolly and $7's other stuff. $19.95 + $55 for milage + $14 for gas +++ ... wrong advertisement. Secondly the van was not smooth in the ride there was something wrong with it not sure what. Returning back process was too much - it was raining and it keeps on asking for pictures.

No one showed up at pick up location @park center location til 11:00am. Pick up was at 9am. Called twice and finally GM showed up. Didn't even receive a discounted rate. He didn't look too happy.



I wouldn't change a thing, the GM Mat was the best where I live I don't like the guy's that work in these locations so I decided to go out of my way to this location and Mat was awesome I will always come back here, Mat was fast and saved me money, you guys are lucky to have him there.
