Climate controlled storage facilities can be a bit concerning at some other storage facilities but U-Haul Not so it’s colder than my house in the summer and in the winter it’s toasty in there! 😊 Friendly cleaning and office staff I wish there were more parking at the entrance also the Other issue is the elevator hopefully it will be fix Soon! Yes I will recommend it’s safe and secured and a great location to! Cheers ☺️

MICHAEL H | Overall ExperienceThe only comment I really have was It was supposed to be climate controlled and it was not. I think it was but it was always hot we always had those big giant size fans running to cool off the place so whatever was supposed to be controlling the climate wasn't working I took a picture of the thermometer a couple of times and it was 90° in there several times. And the elevators are extremely small for moving furniture. But otherwise it was a storage experience on average

TROY m | Overall Experience*FREE MONTH* was actually free. :) unable to access unit outside of office hours. tried once at 6amish and again late evening. The 1st time in the early morning, when I called about it - the woman who answered the phone was very rude and unable to help me understand why my access code would not work at 6am but I determined her unprofessionalism was most likely due to our language barrier. the 2nd time I attempted entry at night, fortunately another patron was there and used a card that he swiped. My checkout experience was GREAT! Both the male representatives who helped me in office at 1pm on the 27th were professional and answered my questions about how to avoid being charged :) and then the woman who actually checked me out on the 28th was quick, friendly and accommodating. Nice , very useful (and timely) experience/offer over all.
