I reserved my Uhaul on line using the Uhaul app. When I went to pick up my Uhaul the representative at the desk added on insurance that I didn't request. How do you change my reservation without my approval? Highly dissatisfied!

ALVIN SI dont know if I'm reading receipt correctly, but I want to query fuel charge. I filled gas completely in Reston then drove to depot in Herndon - maytbe 5 miles. I was charged $13.50 for 3 gallons' - seems odd??
