Better customer service. Trailers were parked in a muddy lot and U-Haul personnel pretended not to understand English when I asked them to bring the trailer to the pavement. So I wouldn’t have to get my vehicle muddy.

DAVID BUnfortunately not an experience I want to have again. I wanted a bigger uhaul, because I needed it, but got a 26’ one which was way too big and went to return it. Drove it not even 2 miles and got charged for “not returning it at 1/4 of a tank somehow,” riddle me that. Then I got charged for a 20’ truck, that they didn’t even have on the lot and ended up getting a 10’ truck, but got charged for that as well. So, in total that’s a LOT of money and I’m still going back and forth with uhaul. So, I honestly would maybe just go somewhere else.
