I have used UHaul in the past and things are usually good. This time I set an appointment and then it was moved to another location. I think UHaul should retrieve trucks from other stores so customers don't have to chase down trucks on their own, cutting in to time and mileage. The app I was told to use and send pics of the before and after did not work, so I don't know if I was accepted as honest. I was told I would receive 20 miles, but was charger per mile with only using about 16. Too bad you are the only game in town. Some competition might humble your company and set a better standard.
