The mileage was incorrect on the truck. I was overcharged for over 100 miles that I did not put on the truck. When I informed the representative, there was no regard in resolving the matter. I checked the vehicle out around 8:30 and returned it by 10:30. There was no way possible for me to drive 158 miles within that time frame.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnline registration and pickup was completed with minimum stress or confusion. The truck ran very well for one with 128,000 miles. The online return process only took a few minutes.
Gregory LNice truck, friendly helpful staff
Jed DTire pressure indicated low. Attendant was zero help.
Timothy LThe truck is ok for local moving, not at all good for long move. Also there is no ramp to load and unload.
