Peggy KI literally use the truck for 2 miles and was charged for 2 gallons of gas. The gas meter did not move. I am not happy about that, but that has nothing to do with. The location or business I rented from I used about maybe a quarter a gallon of gas
Tara MThe location is just fine, but U-Hauls app is a joke. I returned the van after hours using the app. The app confirmed I had returned it, then I was charged the after hour fee of $20. I don't see anywhere in the app all the pictures I took when returning - it conveniently tossed the evidence, so thanks U-Haul for that.
