I literally use the truck for 2 miles and was charged for 2 gallons of gas. The gas meter did not move. I am not happy about that, but that has nothing to do with. The location or business I rented from I used about maybe a quarter a gallon of gas
Tara MThe location is just fine, but U-Hauls app is a joke. I returned the van after hours using the app. The app confirmed I had returned it, then I was charged the after hour fee of $20. I don't see anywhere in the app all the pictures I took when returning - it conveniently tossed the evidence, so thanks U-Haul for that.

Bojan SVery upsetting that the location for my pick up was changed one day before and then two times the morning of my pick up. Very nerve racking when you are not familiar with the area. The U-Haul system was down most of the morning which delayed our pickup. We had to wait for over 90 min to even get the truck. Was told I would get a discount of $40 and still have not received anything.
