The lady that took care of the checking in part was amazing she knew her job very well. I was in and out on my way with truck in just couple minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The location was closed upon arrival. After calling multiple phone numbers I was able to find out that the trailer i reserved was not available at the location I reserved it at, so I had to drive 35 minutes out of my way to go pick it up. I returned it a few hours later at the original location in my reservation. Uhaul then made an unauthorized charge on my debit card for $122 on top of the $40 that I paid for the rental. After investigating that transaction I found out that they charged me extra because I returned it to the location that I reserved the trailer from instead of the location that I had to drive out of my way to get to. Nobody told me to return it to any location; so obviously I returned it to the location stated in my reservation. AFTER all this, they created a new contract that I have never seen before and therefore obviously did not sign or agree to which stated that I was to return it to the pick-up location which again was not the location I made a reservation with. BENJAMIN with phone- FIVE13431956EIGHT was given all this information and DID NOT make the situation right! He said that I was to magically know which location to return it to without a uhaul representative telling me this and without seeing or signing a contract and he said I would be charged $75 instead of the $122. This is going to be disputed with my bank as soon as it is through pending and I will be damned if I EVER use another uhaul for the rest of my days- a miscommunication is one thing, and making unauthorized charges to someone's debit card is another thing.... but even worse is being alerted to your mistake and doubling down to try to spin things to the customer's fault. Fuck Benjamin and fuck uhaul! US Bank will be provided with a screenshot of my original reservation; a photo of the trailer returned within the criteria of the reservation, and a transcript of my conversation with Benjamin where he simultaneously admits that uhaul did not operate according to their standards BUT also saying that I will still have to pay extra due to this! On top of that they will also be provided with the "contract" that Benjamin sent me AFTER the rental was returned and uhaul charged my card with NO authorization WITH NO SIGNATURE. What a silly thing it is to try to hold someone accountable to an agreemebt they DID NOT make and DID NOT sign. Sorry to whoever has to read this, blame Benjamin for not making things right with me and have a good day.
