pam mProper training needs to take place at this location. I made a reservation pickup at 3pm. I arrived at 2:50pm. I entered the location and had to wait for 10 minutes til i was helped then told the only person that knew how to do uhaul wasnt there and to come back in 2hrs. You make a reservation for a reason. Continued to stand there and wait with my 2 toddlers, being told the lady was trying to get ready to come over and help. She lives in a trailer right behind the gas station and was there. I waited a whole hr, just to be told by uhaul to do it myself through mobile. So my partner and I, with our 3 yr old autistic son and 2 yr old daughter waited for a whole hour just to have to do the process ourselves. Ill never use this location ever again.
