BRIAN MEducate the customer rep. After we twice told him the location we were planning on dropping off, he somehow wrote the wrong city. We called him and asked him to change it, but he said if it was a one-way (it was) we could drop it off anywhere. After we dropped off at our planned location we were charged for "wrongdropoff" $19. Is this a scam you are running?
Debra WExcellent service!! Thank you
SHAWN II was unable to access the parking lot for my return and Uhaul representatives were unhelpful. Someone had to come out on their day off to help me get in and they only did so because they saw me on the security camera.
