Service the vehicles, making sure the brakes(must), service engine, tires are up to par. This vehicles brakes and tires are awful. We didn’t have to go far and stayed with a 5-7 mile radius, thankfully. The location is off a very busy main highway, which makes it hard to get in or out. Marie and Ms. Margaret were excellent over the phone customer service representatives!! I never met anyone in person at the site. Overall, thankful something was available and we were able to get the things taken out at one time.

There is a lady that works there that wasn’t very pleasant. She seemed annoyed that people made reservations to pick up a U-Haul the day after thanksgiving and even said something along the lines of “why would people do that?” And claimed they wouldn’t have been open if it wasn’t for that. She also shooed my husband away when he was trying to ask a question about returning the U-haul. She was extremely rude.
