Key was not put in box to pick up at time reserved. I had to call uhual and reschedule to pick up later in the day costing me quite a bit of money since I had to take unpaid time off to get the truck before movers arrived at my house. The rep over the phone never changed the time like she was supposed to, so my reservation got cancelled and had to call back to reinstate it. I was supposed to get a call from this location to confirm the time I would be back, and never got a call. When I picked up the truck later, the lady at the store told me it wasn’t reserved for 7am like all my emails say and blamed uhual for making mistakes. Due to this issue I left later than planned and had to make a stop at my in-laws to not sleep in the truck overnight, so I not only lost money for taking time off to go back to get the truck, but I went over mileage and got charged for that too. This whole ordeal was a horrible experience, nothing like the other times I’ve rented a uhual.

Thomas LNo issues at drop off and agent was pleasant and friendly. I would struggle to recommend U-Haul due to the issues we experienced on this and our previous transaction but if so I would recommend this location.
