Terrible customer service, tone deaf and over billed me
Kevin BThey must be poor cause they were trying everything to charge me for anything they went as far as to stage items in the truck to charge you after you turned the truck in. Then if that didn’t work they said you didn’t turn the truck in. It’s a problem.
DAVID AHad to wait over 40 mins because the UHaul is through a 3rd party smoke shop. The people who run the shop are extremely rude, tried to overcharge me and acted ignorant about the entire process. Throughout the time I waited for them to confirm they were unable to charge the same card I used to book the reservation and the woman started to become combative with me. It was such a displeasing experience , U-Haul needs to vet these third party providers better because this experience was HORRID.
