The man working there was extremely rude to us, and almost felt like we were being disregarded even though we had previously done the mobile check in. In the middle of us checking in, he takes a phone call and is rude to them as well on the phone. He then takes the keys and slides them across the desk and waves at us that we’re good to go and told us to be back before 7pm. It was just a very unpleasant experience from this being our first time doing this, let alone come to this location. We will be going to another location if we need any further U-Haul services.
