CARLOS RThey have a lot of random charges that the guy throws at you while you’re picking up the keys and goes okay I already charged you because I have your credit card, I hadn’t even said okay yet. It started at $66 bucks on the app $120 in person and the receipt had estimated charges exceeding $250. They wouldn’t do late night drop offs, so I parked it right outside and had the keys returned at 9 am. The guy started texting and calling me before 9 asking for the keys while I was working. Very unprofessional, will never rent from here again. I will be going through uhaul directly. This third party is terrible. Texting and calling while demanding the keys before the designated return time is crazy behavior. Moves are already stressful enough, don’t need that from a paid service. My friend used an actual U-Haul and didn’t have to deal with any of this.
