Terrible experience.Truck was old and dirty,It was impossible to drive it.Wheels wasn't aligned and the truck was making crazy noises.
Mr. Medina was excellent but he was all alone and if he wasn't so busy taking care of other U-haul matters and the location was so crouded that it made movement a little tough or I would have marked my pick up as Excellent.

Nothing! Eric was wonderful! We were late picking up the truck and he w as ited for us, even though it was after closing. We then had an issue with closing the gate on the back of the truck. We were several miles away, but he still came and fixed the issue. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! He should get a raise!

The cab had a beer bottle in it and a few caps. The windows were too dirty to see out. The attendant did sweep out the back though. The passenger door lock was absent so it could be unlocked by a finger. There was no where to park and metal on the dirt driveway everywhere so the likelihood a piece gets into a tire is more probable. The attendant was great though! He drove to my moving spot a couple miles away, to help me with an issue with the ramp on the uhaul.
immediately remove 21.00 after hours return "service" charge or i will dispute ENTIRE rental amount with credit card company...failure to provide correct truck at appointed time AFTER TWICE verifying "it is here" cost me hundreds of dollars and major hassle....i would have left ratings blank but your system forced me to complete
The biggest disappointment I had an a long time they rip me off I would never use U-Haul or recommend
The person in charge was very nice and helpful, the van was clean and in excellent condition. The only think we did nit like was the location, very hard to access and park., actually there is no place to park at all.
