The equipment is old in the office and the computer is slow they need to clean the office and make it more modern. The guy was really nice but he was doing his best with a slow computer and dirty office. I tried to come back before 5pm so I can have my credit card finalized and they closed at 4:55pm I was not happy. they should stay open till 5pm like they say besides that I think the people working there are great but there needs to be updates to this dirty out dated office

Worst experience . They yelled on me when I was asked to sign paperwork, then they tried to charge for extra day for no reason. Then we asked them that we don’t want insurance, he said thet you just sign estimate not final chArge. When we came the guy said you have to pay for insurance and if you don’t want to , you have to wait for boss . The way he was talking is hard to explain. Total disrespect and rude.

The representative arrived 30 minutes late as I had a 9am reservation and I arrived at my destination late. That half hour put me behind for the whole day like a domino effect.

I really want to believe the reason for such bad service was the time we were expecting a hurricane...but was the worst experience ever. Not the truck I choose in the site reservation.... I was overcharged.... They simply decide to charge over $72,00 in my credit card and period... never again....

The office is very old, dirty and messy. Outside looks like a junkyard. When I got there the computer wasn't working and the old guy didn't know how to start it until I told him to unplug and plug again the system. It did work but it took over 30 minutes before he did it. I reserved 5 pads and they didn't have them, then I found 3 old ones on the truck. At check out they wanted to charge me the Safe Move Coverage that I did not select; then they removed it. Mainly the office and the outside are really old, messy and dirty, like the office manager.

The owner wouldn't honor my receipt from another uhaul location and he charged me for something I already returned and had credit for. DO NOT use this location.

My pick up time was 0900 on August 10, 2017. I received a call the day before, pushing my time back to 0915. When I arrived I was told to take a seat because the truck had not arrived. I asked about the status and was given excuses and blame was placed on the rainy weather/ customer currently renting the truck. At approximately 10:00AM the customer arrived. When the uhaul representative began my rental paperwork, he was not able to finish it because it was a "new" program and asked if I could fill in my information on the computer. I had to complete the rental for him. The location was absolutely unprofessional and dirty. I was put on hold for the rental for reasons that were not acceptable. I also find it to be rude to tell another customer to blame another customer for poor customer service. If there are not enough trucks or appropriate inventory, this location should be closed. A customer should never have an opportunity to view another customer in a negative way. Lastly, there is a sign outside of the establishment, stating an on time pick up or $50 credit. I asked about this and I was referred to speak with uhaul. If the station that is managing these trucks cannot provide better ways of directing me to assistance, the sign should not be displayed. This ordeal delayed me an hour and affected my moving plans for the rest of the day. I hope to hear from a uhaul representative immediately about this subpar service. Thank you. Personnel horrible at answering phone. Some not even aware they ARE a Uhaul location??? Tried 4 times to reach location day after rental to discuss credit due me, never an answer or credit CALLED 3 TIMES MORNING OF RENTAL TO ENSURE MY TRUCK WAS THERE, TOLD DEFINITELY ONLY TO ARRIVE AND NO TRUCK, MY CREW WAS BEING PAID$ 40/Hr to do nothing . WORST TRUCK RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER,

My first drop off location was abandoned with a letter of eviction on the door. The front door for the second location was difficult to find. Once I did find it, the person working informed me I had to wait until his helper returned. Once I was able to unhitch the trailer and return it, I was asked to leave a tip. Twice. This is definitely not the type of location I would want to associate with U-Haul. From now on, I will only deal with the location at 1840 W. SR 84 in Ft. Lauderdale.

The man that assisted me at this location was very polite and got use in and out with ease . However, the uhual scheduling department did a very poor job! They took my information for someone to call me to locate a facility that had the truck that I needed and I still have not received a call back from anyone. I had to call back, I spoke to someone at the 1800 # that transferred me to a location that was way too far from my address but the lady at that location was kind enough to find me the location in Hollywood that assisted me. I am very disappointed in uhaul service and I am going to make sure that I see an alternative company! I gave the location that I visited a good review because the gentleman deserved it but I wouldn't recommend uhaul to anyone on a whole.

I was severely disappointed with my uhaul experience unfortunately. I had my reservation for 7am pickup an had the app and all of my uhaul acct info but i kept getting an error message on the app for my truck pickup and was told to call a number. The man tried to be helpful but i was still only able to get my truck at 845am. The associate told me that I would be granted the $50 reservation guarantee since I had to wait for an hour and 45min outside the uhaul facility until the worker arrived. I had also paid movers who were waiting for me at my apartment for that hour and 45min. The phone associate and the other gentleman at the Hollywood Blvd Uhaul business were friendly and helpful. I was told that the app was a new feature but it would not allow me to pass step 1. It said "get assistance" looks like a piece of your equipment has not been assigned for this reservation. Please contact the number below for assistance, 24hrs a day. I had the truck reservation almost a month ahead of time and have the confirmation emails to prove it. I lost money and time that day and would appreciate the $50 guaranteed reservation amount.

I was promised a free month's rent. However, that did not happen. When I got to Tallahassee and went to drop off the truck and trailer (Mission Blvd, I think} the clerk told me that they don't acknowledge that. She also named another location. After calling another location she called her supervisor. SHE said that her boss said that they don't acknowledge it because there were no more available. I'm not buying that because that is not what she told me or the woman at the other location. I had to go to another storage and pay storage. THIS IS POOR BUSINESS. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Manager was late and rude, truck had ashes in the ash tray. The "helper" was a complete idiot and also just as rude as the manager. When I returned to drop truck out manager was not there again. Will never use this location again.

Your website showed that the location that I picked up the trailer at would be open the next day so I could drop it off there. I picked it up at the only location that had it. The person there said he was not open the next day even though the site says differently. I asked him if i dropped it off the next day was I going to be responsible for the trailer because there was no cameras or no fence to secure it. He said i would be responsible for the trailer until they were open again. I decided to go to a location next to my house to drop it off because it was secure. I spoke to a girl and I think her name was Porsche. The location was Wilton Manors Fl. she said she was going to charge me $98 to leave it there and I said no. She got on the phone to Uhaul and starting lying to the representative about my conversation with the person at the original location where I picked up the trailer. i asked her why she was lying to the person on the phone and then she started screaming at me. It made me extremely mad the way she was treating me and how unprofessional she was. It came to the point where she said"I will fuck you up" and also she said " go suck a dick". Those were her exact words. There were also kids in the office as she was saying these things. She was the worst person I have ever encountered and will probably never use Uhaul again.

Walk thru was never performed, when i reached destination i had a flat, then when i returned the truck, i was rushed off and was told they were closed and only to hand the keys, when i get the receipt via email I"m charged a cleaning fee, and i returned the truck in the same condition I received, I will be calling tomorrow first thing in the morning, worst customer service ever.
