CHARLES AVery helpful, polite. They called to make sure that I had all the equipment I needed so they could make sure the truck was prepped. The reservation also changed in that we were no longer going out of town and he easily changed it. I read all of the other reviews from the other U-Haul rentals in the area and this place has way more reviews (over 1000) and 5 stars (others had less) and all the comments are positive. Bottom line, they made everything go really smooth. Def renting from here again.
