Rude and cunniving best describes the personnel at the drop off location that insisted I had brought the truck back with less fuel than it had. When I showed him where he was wrong, he blew dirt in my direction with a hand operated blower while “cleaning” the floor floor and then slammed the door shut. NOT a good look for U-Haul.
