No place for personal parking and trying to get the uhaul truck out was very tight because parking lot was being used as a storage area for the attached businesses merchandise.

Mat MNot impressed. Nothing of the process was explained on needing to use an app to prove mileage etc. was not told no one would be there later that day to receive the keys and that photos needed to be taken. The woman I spoke to could not have been any more rude and hung up on me when questioning charges.
