The person who checked me out was nice, but I couldn't understand most of what he was explaining. My truck was dirty abd smelled of musky body odor. I also had a reservation for a storage unit, only to be surprised with no units available and was told I could be added to a waiting list. I choose the location for convenience to Waikiki, but this time my rental experience was not pleasant. I returned the vehicle 12hrs early because I couldn't drive it any longer.
