When we picked the vehicle there was barely 1/8 tank of gas, and we were required to purchase fuel for it. While we put $25 of gas in, we were only reimbursed for $12. Also, we rented moving moving blankets which they didn't give us and we had to go back inside and ask for them. At $1.59 charge per mile, I'll probably just rent elsewhere in the future. The staff were pleasant enough, though!
Amanda BPlease indicate on the website the height of the vehicles. Would have be helpful to know before going all the way up there only to find out that the height of the van was 7 feet 2 inches. Other than that staff was kind and professional.

Gabriella EDriver side mirror was loose, kept turning down so I had to drive with the window down, and something was hanging down by the hand brake, kept getting in the way of the brake pedal (very dangerous)
