Cherisse SThe location is great. Your app was horrible. It took me over an hour to get my rental because the back of my card couldn’t be scanned. The alternative photo method did not work either. It wasn’t until 3 support contacts later when I learned that I should use the web browser instead. The app should have this as a recommendation if the first few attempts are not successful.
