Have the key in the lock box like the app said. It was inside the gas station.
Stephen PIt was junky around the drop off lot.
Donnie GOriginal reservation was booked in month advance with extra equipment but then reservations was move to another location with no phone call of the update beside email. Show up to new location and did not carry any extra equipment that was originally on the reservation. I had go to another location and rent the equipment and then return vehicle to the new drop off point and then drive back to original authorize U-Haul dealer to return the equipment only.
