I ordered a dolly (hand truck) during the reservation. When I picked up the truck, no Dollie’s were available. When I opened the storage area, there was plastic, cardboard and moving blankets all over the floor. Clearly, it was not checked or cleaned when the previous renter returned it.
GERRIT DWe were charged an extra $6 because she said the fuel was not the same. The area to return the truck is on a slight hill. When we fueled up less than a mile from the drop off location, the fuel level was correct. This is ridiculous!!!
Sherron MThe place was clean. It's a gas station/uhaul place. One of the pumps didn't work and they were putting up a new sign (thus assuming my issues were temporary) - this made thronging around and parking a bit difficult, but it was managed. The problems were small inconveniences and I would still recommend without hesitation.
