First person I dealt with attitude was really bad told him morning I have reservations for a 20 ft truck his reply was yea where's your id no smiles or any form of a professionalism at all

The truck did not have a quarter of a tank of gas, it was on empty. When we inquired about mileage and how much gas we should put in, so we didn't put too much, I was told that people usually fill it up. They didn't know how big the tank was. As I reached $70 for gas I stopped and that was 3/4 of a tank of gas. We ended up using only a quarter of that and turned it in with a half of tank. The insurance was higher than quoted and I spent more on the uhaul than my quote was plus the extra $50 of gas! I didn't have that to spend because using the website was supposed to save me money. The guy also picked the wrong place to return the uhaul from what we told him, luckily that wasn't that big of a problem.

Better customer service. I tried calling this location twice to get additional information yet there was no answer. I then called the 800# and spoke with Morgan, she repeatedly placed me on hold without so much as asking me to hold, poorly explained and answered my question. She was confused so therefore made me just as confused.

One worker for the gas station / bong store... He told me that is was going to take him 45 mins for him to get to me even though I was second one at the station. I just went ahead and did the self checkin to save myself time.

The trailer was due back Sunday afternoon. In Albuquerque I was was told $20 per day for extra time. I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and was charged $60 for the 2 extra days. Also, I was told where to.park it and unhook it myself. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL and no courtesy from the clerk what so ever. Very dissatisfied with the drop off service!!

Drop of went like this. I entered in, he asked was I returning a truck. I said yes and handed him the key. He asked was the truck on full tank? I said yes and he said ok thank you and have a nice day. Talk about hassle free drop off lol. Equipment was turned back in tip top shape tho.?

Bullfrog Mart need to service and repair trucks better. physical damage to the uhaul from a previous wreck and some type of check engine light came on. the vehicle was very sluggish when pulling off like transmission issues. The store needs someone to assist uhaul customers seperately. I had to wait while the store person ring up 10 other customers who came in AFTER me to buy gas and snacks before he would start my rental process. He keep saying to let him clear his line first but people kept coming in. very inconsiderate and rude. I will never use this location again. Penske will get some business from me.

Because of the friendliness of the location, I almost hate to give a negative review, but there were two problems. The first was not a big deal, but the "check engine" light came on. On a van with 4,000 miles that seemed odd, and that is the only reason I marked that the van was not well maintained. I don't think there was any negligence, and It was sufficiently clean for a cargo van when we picked it up. I am however a bit upset that we were charged a $25 cleaning fee. The inside of the van was just as clean when we dropped it off as when we picked it up. We only hauled luggage in it. The outside wasn't pristine when we picked it up, and I didn't expect we needed to scrub it before we brought it back. I didn't notice it being much dirtier than when we picked it up. Perhaps I am just upset at myself for not noticing whatever it was that required $25 worth of cleaning.

Rented a 26’ truck but all they had available was a 17’ truck. Ended up driving way more miles than I should have due to making more trips with the smaller truck and it threw my moving budget way off. Will not be using U-Haul again. Air conditioner in the truck went out every time I hit a bump in the road as well
