You calculated the mileage from the place where we picked up the truck directly to the location where we turned it in. You made no allowance for the miles we drove to our pick-up place and the twenty miles we had to drive to turn it in. That would have been costly except for one merciful employee. Thank God for that one employee.

I've rented from this location multiple times n never had a problem I go in to rent a truck to be told I owe them $60 from a previous rental. When the staff that was at the location looked it up the couldn't see where I owed them. They called the manager Brian who put the $60 hold on my account n asked him y it was on there n he couldn't even tell them so he took it off. I'm a single mom with 4 kids and Brian addedicated $60 to my account for no reason n also charged me $15 for being late when the company gives u a 15 minute grace period because uhaul has dishonest people like Brian not only working for them but managing one of their locations I will never use uhaul again.

This was a wonderful experience from the staff taking our order and answering questions to making sure we were ok with arriving later to hook up the car carrier. They even helped us with what do get to help pack up our belongings. Excellent overall. The equipment was amazing for our trip to Chicago in a multitude of weather conditions. Thank you!

First, the transmission or timing belt was going so it made the driving of the vehicle a complete unnerving. Additionally the windshield was cracked. Then when I returned it your employee - on her OWN PERSONAL PHONE - had all my information and charged additional mileage through her phone. I'm pretty uncomfortable with her being able to access my credit card through her personal phone. Awful.

The trailer was not properly connected and fell off a few miles from the store. The agent failed to even tighten the coupler, or spun it the wrong direction because it was wide open and bounced off at 25 mph.

Quick and easy process. Perhaps start letting customers know there's a $70 deposit when they call in to reserve a rental. The less surprises there are the better the experience. Other than that, everything was great!

When we dropped off the truck they were closed. We were unaware that they would be. They did not tell us their hours. Was hoping for a phone call the next morning to acknowledge the return or something, etc. Disappointed in that.

The mileage on the truck did not match the number in the contract. The young lady who checked me out smugly lectured me on signing a contract instead of a simply apology. I will never rent from your location again. I have rented several times in the past and have never been treated so poorly. That young lady needs training in customer service. She continued to speak loudly and did not even respond to my inquiry in a professional manner. How sad such disrespect. I never asked for a refund etc I simply stated that was not the number on the truck when I left. Uhaul should not ask customers to sign a contract before they walk them out to a truck and have them look at the mileage to confirm it. Never again. While mistakes can be made that young lady's attitude is the reason I will not be back and I will be sure to let any family or friends know if thie treatment I received at your uhaul store.
