JAMES L | First ImpressionsHorrible experience again but mucj worse this time i reserved the day prior on the 30th uhaul and 2 movers for 3 hours at 11am yesterday i had to be out of my apt by midnight tied to a settlement tied to money i really need and counted on they never told me i cant oick my truck up until i call customer serbice with a reference number to pay a 50$ balance. one mover was to load alone and another unload alone instead of 2 working together and frim the same movomg company eternity and moving company i had to make somehow i had 4 reservations the app is very confusing 292 payment 100 payment 233 payment and 79 payment and a 331 payment for one mover to play games then leave and also told other mover when he caed to verify that he didn't need to come even tho we hadnt even started yet 537 last min moving company who was 2 hours late had for 3 hours but really 2 tops- told them whay to grab they grabbed the opposite as well as bf/roomate being there not helpful at all had them take little bags instead of all the heavy furniture i still have there uhaul truck full im sick exhausted and starving witj pains in my stomach this is misrepresentation fraud and roberry oh and rhey marked 2 reservations completed when they didnt come or complete a mf thing hence the truck stkll bekng fin filled today i want all my money back and 2 movers to unload the truck like i requested and paid a large amount of money for horsham location horrrrrible and 200 a month for a small locker straight up robbery

Stacy J | First ImpressionsThe Horsham, PA location on Easton Road is a very good place to rent a U-Haul. I've used both their rental trucks, and their storage units. We got a very good deal on the storage unit, as the first month is free. Afterwards,, the storage unit becomes pricey, but Paul, the Manager is very helpful and nice, and so are his employees. I've rented from this location several times. They provide good service, and I've always been satisfied.
