The truck ran fine BUT that was it. Stains on the interior top and bottom. Torn seat. Seat cover kept popping off. Worn steering wheel. Uhaul sign on glove compartment gone…like it was torn off. Unfortunately I have rented several times in the last several months and this truck was unacceptable. Should not be in service.

BOBBY JThe Uhaul retailer gave me incredible customer service at the counter. However, the air conditioner on the truck I rented was not cooling the cabin sufficiently cold at max cooling. I have rented Uhaul trucks in the past and they usually have very good air conditioning. Also, the automatic transmission was having a little difficulty getting into reverse gear. If it wasn't for these 2 issues, I would have scored a 5.
HECTOR CFriendly and helpful service. The truck was clean and nearly new, in excellent condition. Easy to deal with. Would be happy to rent again if needed.
