The truck itself was unstable (wobbled side-to-side when we were in the back of it… I’ve never experienced this with a u-haul truck before and it was very concerning). Additionally, there was no way for us to adjust the side mirrors. We even got on YouTube for help since the employees of this location were NOT helpful and we still couldn’t figure it out. It was very scary when driving because I couldn’t see using the passenger side mirror at all. Thank god we only needed it for 2 hours and for one short round trip. We are going to be renting a u-haul again at the end of this month to move across the country and we will NOT be renting from this location… We want employees who are helpful and will set us up for success. That did not happen here.
