They are listed as being open at 9am but no one at the property was present. Someone else was also at the location trying to pick up a uhaul and was equally confused as to why no one was present. Also, there is no uhaul key dropbox to leave you keys for the app drop off process. I had to call uhaul customer service and a helpful representative informed me to leave the keys to the tuck in the driver side visor.
