The man that I was dealing with very unprofessional and then the company it meaning U-Haul charged me for a extra day after the day was already paid for try to extend men time and got charged and then still got charged for going over my mileage paid over 467.90 for a local delivery

SOCKALINGAM NThe manager, owner, or whoever I dealt with was great. I ended up needing the van for a couple more days and he was more than accommodating. Definitely recommend this location.
Charles RWhile I was towing my car, the hitch came off. The pin that secures the hitch to the ball joint was not installed. After speaking with the owner, he stated that he has been in business for seven years and has never installed one. He also mentioned that others have brought up the issue before, asking if he had a pin available.
