I was very dissapointed by this location. I rent trailers about 10-12 times a year, usually from your NRG Stadium location (10621 S Main St, Houston, TX 77025) which is near me and easily accessible while pulling a trailer. There is ample room for me to turn around, back up and decouple the trailer and the location is well lit and appears secure. I DID NOT CHOOSE THE WESTBROOK RETURN LOCATION, UHAUL CHANGED IT AFTER I PICKED UP AND BEFORE MY RETURN, I AM UNHAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION. The access from MLK is poor and I had to drive around the block as there was no room to stop. The location had UHaul equipment and private vehicles filling up most of the available parking. The signage was poor and the first office door that I opened was a barber shop. I was unable to complete a self return. The lighting was rudimentary and the place was, at best, sketchy. I would not use this location again.

The man that I was dealing with very unprofessional and then the company it meaning U-Haul charged me for a extra day after the day was already paid for try to extend men time and got charged and then still got charged for going over my mileage paid over 467.90 for a local delivery

Charles RWhile I was towing my car, the hitch came off. The pin that secures the hitch to the ball joint was not installed. After speaking with the owner, he stated that he has been in business for seven years and has never installed one. He also mentioned that others have brought up the issue before, asking if he had a pin available.
