Had reservations for 8am pickup. Showed up on time and the truck was not available. I had to pickup at a different location. Very frustrating and inconvenient. App is complicated. Kept freezing when I was trying to upload truck pictures.

Brittney RCharged me for various items in which I never received or I corrected. They charged me a late fee when no one tried charging my account. They charged me for gas in which I returned as I received. It was a hassle going back and forth with U-Haul to get my money back.
