We all know that there's room for improvement, but my experience with this location was my best ever with u-haul. I was scared at first after reading some of the reviews. But I step out on faith and I am very happy with the crew at this location and I will tell others.

My reservation was messed up from the beginning. I had initially reserved a 20' truck for 8 hours and received a confirmation email stating as much; I later changed it to 31 hours because my situation had changed and received a confirmation staying such. I called and changed my reservation with plenty of time as to not have any issues but somehow still had loads of them. I arrive to pick up my rental and was told I wasn't going to be able to keep the truck as long as I needed it that I had to return that same day. Obviously that wasn't going to work so the scheduling department was supposed to find me a truck that I could keep as long as I needed. I arrive at yet another location, the one on Message Rd. and was told that there was no reservation but was offered one large enough to meet my needs. The problem was that I couldn't keep as long as I'd needed. I eventually was able to negotiate my being able to keep the truck until 12:00 pm, not as long as I had initially reserved but I had no other choice so I took it. In all this I kept hearing the same theme, I wasn't able to keep the truck as long as I needed because of Uhaul's attempt to keep their future reservations even though I had made mine well ahead of time and had the electronic communications to prove it. Because of an error on the part of the person scheduling my I lost 6 hours total (3 hours the day of pickup and 3 hours because I had to return the truck earlier than originally planned), had to cancel my movers, ended up having to load a 4 bedroom home all my myself and had to rush to return the truck. All this effort to keep future reservations but no one making an effort to keep the promise that was made with me. This has been by far my worst experience with Uhaul ever.

The manage there at that location was nonchalant about the mistakes that were made during the booking process..the agent had to show him where scheduling had scheduled me for 48 hours before he finally decided to let me have the rental

When the customer do an online reservation make sure the truck is there on time and not 2hrs. Late. Also make sure the truck matienanc is checked on a regular. No one wants to get stranded while moving. Very disappointed and I was still charged for the full amount for the Uhaul. But the employees are very helpful and friendly.

I'm not sure if you guys have a training class but maybe the training for the job should be a little more enforced. The young guy that originally helped me wasn't sure what he was doing and overcharged me by almost $100. The older guy that helped me was excellent. I could tell he had been there awhile. Overall my experience at this Uhaul location was not damaging. Training would help improve the service and enforce the fact that attitude is priceless. Thank you
