Will not ever rent from this location! ! Will not allow Mobile pick up and was not informed that I still needed to check out on my phone as if I was unassisted!! It cause me a lot of wasted time ! Fuel gauge was not right and I have pictures to move and customer service said I can dispute those charges !!That will probably only take another 30 minutes to an hour out of my life!! The people that own this store knows absolutely nothing about U-Haul the man at pickup called another person and handed move the phone and asked me to move out of the way for his customers Tou would think the guy on the phone would have told me to still check in on my phone!’Bit I guess that actually makes sense! Drop off wasn’t any better ..Ran into issues with that now this lady that is working writes down a name and phone number for me to call that went to a voicemail saying leave your name and number . I will call you back. What good is that . If you can’t help me in person don’t make me come in and talk to random people! Make this location a mobile pickup or. Shut down! This experience ruined my day!!!!

I was forced to drive extra miles to get to this location from where I originally reserved. I was promised extra miles, a dolly, and a discount. It was a complete bait and switch. The price was raised and it took 45 minutes to get the truck.
Charlotte HThe truck cabin smelled like a chicken coop. The tires needed air and there was no dolly. But on the good side, the people at the Van Hut location were very nice and helpful, I would rent again just because of them, and to be honest the truck performed very well.
MALU HClean the truck , the passenger side of vechile was very dirty, didn’t open the back until I started packing , because app didn’t instruct to do so , but when I did it back was dirty, stained my equipment, vehicle alignment was off, titled to the right could cause serious accidents, very harmful for others
