I was more than pleased at the over and above experience I had with them. They helped smooth my issues with UHaul Corporate who had booked me at a facility that no longer had UHaul services. It was beyond frustrating and yet, they(this site)made it all great!!!! I recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and rentals that work properly. Clear drop off instructions when after hours. More space to drop off trailer.
ARTHUR BMobile pickup not available. Location was not open at 3pm on a Thursday and nobody answered phone for over an hour. Did not have dolly that was ordered. Cab was full of trash. I will never use Uhaul again after this.
Eric PGot our truck late because the door was locked, took him 30 minutes to get us the car. Got it an hour later than we were supposed to, so 5 hours instead of 6.
OMAR SI was charged for gas and Ben i dropped the car off at the same exact spot like i returned it. I used 5 miles and put the gas right back in. I have before and after pics. So they are basically stealing money at this location.
