I love this location. Always clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful!!! This time I noticed a new procedure to upload front and back of drivers license. It would NOT upload from my cell phone but the service manager uploaded it from hers. Sorry don't like this feature if its going to take up A lot more time to complete the rental.

I found it odd that the customer service rep, asked me for two contacts to call to verify my identity after I showed her my ID and credit card. Is this a common practice, if so it's very intrusive and redundant. Please do away with this practice.

Overcharged me for the rental. I am waiting for the overcharge amount to drop off once the amount is finalized and the charge is no longer pending with my bank. Also, can improve for the next customer by having both computers working. Only one computer was working and there was a long line of customers waiting to receive their rental truck.

I could have uploaded pictures of the front and back of my driver's license BEFORE I arrived. Also, I had to provide 3 numbers for the worker to call before I could rent the cargo van? What is up with that?

Today I had reserved a 17” Truck. I suppose to get it on line. After I did all processes, I was told the key is in the lock box No.2 and the code to open the box is 247. I tried mant time, over an hour to ooen the box but the code was incorrect. There was a Tel. No. for informing any problem or If a customer needs help, 281 898 3528. I dialed that number 2 times but it was not responding. I had hired 2 movers and paid $300. I dudn’t know what to do. I tried nany dufferent numbers and fortunately one of the numbers was correct, and tgen I got the key. The correct cide was 257 and nit 247. I was really disappointed

Show your customer where the vehicle is parked. Show them the features of the vehicle and how to use them. I was simply given a truck key and told to look for the number on the truck to locate it. Had to learn the hard way how everything worked on the truck. Interior of the truck cargo space was dirty with some slippery substance on the floor which i nearly slipped on. Had to clean it up first before loading to avoid accident.

Nothing. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They even extended the time I needed the truck. I was surprised to find help at both my move out and move in locations so I really didn’t need the extension so I returned the truck the same day. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

A price of an approximate $330 TOTAL was quoted online and when it was picked up the price changed to $478.19. My daughter questioned the price difference was told to take the van and an adjustment would be made. After 10 hours of being on hold and then being given new people 3 different times (with the last one being rude) to resolve the problem - no one has returned calls or tried to take care of the issue. Where is the Customer Service?

Tell customers ahead of time that UHaul requires 2 names to be called on the spot for reservation. It took me 30 minutes to get my van even after early check in online.

I was given the vehicle with only 1/16th a tank of gas. I sprayed driver door hinges with WD40 because it made a Godawful noise whenever you opened or closed the door. Interior of windshield needs to be cleaned - REALLY notice all the fingerprints, smears etc...in the afternoon sun. Also, needs new wiperblades - current ones are scoring the windshield. Sorry - I forgot to tell the gal when I dropped it off. Also, UHaul down the road has a utility dolly included in the rental, but glad I went ahead and rented the appliance one. Very helpful.

The back door got stuck in the open position. When returning the vehicle I was told it couldn't be accepted as such and that I had to go to another location to get it fixed. I went to the other Eldridge location, who turned me back to the original location telling me it wasn't their problem. And I'd say the same: NOT MY PROBLEM. If that location doesn't want to carry the U-Haul business any more, it's taking the perfect route. Have a nice day.
