The problems we had were with getting a tow trailer.

First, the mileage was not correct on the uhaul. During online verification the screen switched and I could not verify the mileage and gas. The original mileage recorded was 24 miles off. So it made it seem that I had already driven 24 miles before starting. Also the fuel was off. I contacted live verification right away. The rep said to email her Selena Fernandez. I did. Sent her pictures and she said it would be on my account. All lies. Even after the return of the vehicle online I said the charges are incorrect. No one contacted me to discuss. The when I called the location they said I see here where the note was made for the mileage. I STILL had to come in after work because the manager said he needs to see the time stamp on my phone of e photo. I just feel the process sucks and customer service online is the worse.

There was no instructions for vehicle usage The card would not open the door when I tried it to place things into storage Had to use side door which was very tight Upon reservations one clerk stated two storage units were free as long as I am renting the truck and it was a promotion When I realized I needed a second storage that clerk said it was not free for the second storage Miscommunications, misinformation, Confusion to the customer and no one to clarify as they both stated this is what they had heard. So both technically felt they were correct As a customer we rely on the company to treat us fairly and honor the original information so that we continue to come back and use said company I’m not saying I will never use the company again but I will select a different location And I feel I should be reimbursed for the secondary storage unit for the inconvenience

The key was not in the compartment box therefore I never had the vehicle. I am supposed to get a $50 Reservation guarantee due to the inconvenience. In other words I never had the uhaul.

We booked for that location and the online people changed it. Not good customer service to do this. You can offer but not automatically change.

I had a horrible experience. They were trying to charge me for 139 miles when I only drove 6 miles. I would NEVER do business with Uhaul ever again because this location is poorly run due to the truck mileage not being properly updated. Very unprofessional for such a well known company globally to not stay on top of something as simple as making sure mileage is updated and correct on everything transaction. I was blown away by the lack of unprofessionalism especially from a location surrounded by luxury homes and apartments. I truly expected more and in my opinion the manager isn't properly managing this location and it shows in just the little things. There's no way 139 miles should ever be calculated instead of the actual 6 I used, this place is poorly run.
