Was a freak show. Took an hour to process paperwork to rent a pick up for 13 miles and 2 hours. People were incompetent with their procedures. Last time we will EVER use uhaul. Was a nightmare

I initially reserved a 5x8 trailer at one location. I got there and was told there would not be one available. The clerk sent me to another U-haul location. The trailer that was hooked up, fell off of my vehicle as I was leaving the parking lot. When I arrived at my destination, I called the 800 number to get a location for drop-off and was told it would be open. They were not. Tried to check in the trailer using the link provided to me--not doable. Horrible experience all the way.

I was overcharged but decided not to make a big fuss about it I won't go back my receipt says something different then what was actually taken off the bill was 92 I was charged 106. Never again

I went in early that morning to set everything up so that when I came back in the afternoon for the pickup things would be fast and simple. Pick up took almost an hour b/c of their slow computers . . . even had to move to a different computer at one point and it wasn’t much better. Other than that, everything else was GREAT!! Zerek was beyond helpful and extremely professional!! He was AMAZING!!

Have equipment available at the original location. This location does a great job. But because of mismanagement of equipment status. I had 5 hours of drive time and additional fuel costs just to have a trailer. Expecting a response from corporate about compensation. Not the fault of this location. They were great. 409-433-4889. The vehicles need to be seriously serviced all the time. And the drop box should be more easy to spot.

The customer service was mediocre, I paid for a dolly and didnt get it. the one way deal is not a good deal at all, was told several different prices over the phone

I was charged a higher rate of 79 cents per mile , price was listed as 69 cents per mile for the 8ft truck

The woman that was helping me was very unprofessional cussing out the other worker causing me to run behind my schedule. Also I was so upset I didn’t realize I didn’t have the dolly. When I called back to the store it was closed. I talked to the call center they made a note. I still was charged for the dolly then they charge me a fee for not returning a dolly I didn’t have. To top it off I had it reserved for 4 hours and it took me a little over 3 hours and was charged an extra day. I will never use uhaul again

When I arrived, I was overwhelmed with the size of the establishment and confused as where to park the truck as there are no specific guidelines in the app regarding this for self drop off. I arrived just after 10am, waited few extra minutes for my partner to arrive in his car to help determine where to park the truck in this massive** location. I chose a parking space next to like sized trucks facing the street. I then began the check out process. It took me some time to complete, taking pictures of all required areas, of where I parked, the odometer, etc. Once I finished and "checked out" on the app, it was 10:24am. My app told me to return by 10am. I would have thought I would have a grace period for completing the check in, etc. Once completed, I realized the app never prompted me to drop the key off anywhere. So I spent several minutes trying to find the key drop box. I asked several employees before one finally pointed it out to me. She then asked me to show her the truck, and I did. I mentioned I had already did a self check out. She said she couldn't find it on her phone and was concerned it didn't process correctly. I followed her back into the store, she then learned from another employee that she had not refreshed her phone. This is why she couldn't locate my file. At this point, all appeared to be completed and fine. It wasn't until days later I realize I had been charged an additional 50+ dollars for an extra day!!!! Upon my first call to customer service, I was told I charged myself through the app, and I asked for help in reversing that because I did not obviously mean to charge an extra day when I was actually returning it. She said I was charged for an extra day AND the insurance. She says she would have to escalate the issue to a manager and would have 48 hours to contact me. I waited, heard nothing. I called customer service again. This lady told me it should be no problem having that charge removed and understood my predicament of events that day. I then received a call the next day from managment, and they left two messages. In one message, they stated they needed me to call back to get my credit card number in order to make the refund. Then upon my returned call, the staff member (a male, name unknown) acted very harshly and rudely. I was under the impression that he was going to process a refund per his voicemail but instead I was rudely surprised with a very argumentative employee, one that desperately wanted to stick it to me that my official check out time was 10:24. Even if I was charged automatically for an additional day per the app, WHY on earth was I also charged for insurance?? That should not be automatic or allowed just because I was "late". I am VERY disappointed with the lack of understanding from that location, considering I was very confused and lost upon arrival and had such a crap experience trying to find a parking space with no formal instruction, trying to find an unmarked key drop box, and having been a
