Letitia S. | First ImpressionsI am incredibly frustrated. I paid extra for a 24-hour access card specifically to bring a truck and helper onto the premises. However, despite having the card, entry was denied. Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of support: there's no direct contact number for a brand supervisor or any other representative. The only information I could find online was an automated message recommending calling back at 4 AM Arizona time, which is utterly unreasonable considering I need to drive back. This situation is unacceptable. I paid for a service and am currently being denied access with no explanation or clear path to resolution. I demand immediate assistance and a solution to this problem. This is the second time U-Haul has let me down. Previously, you overcharged me. I have all the receipts where someone changed my order; this time the branch manager was very helpful, but your system denied me entry when I needed it. Bad business U-Haul
