The Manager â€œname â€œ Branch was very Productive and Professional with overall courtesy..However His Staff used abusive foul language in Addition to His UnProfessionalism We also noticed the That His appearance looked daunting and unclean in detail His Uhaul uniformed was noticeably dirty.. This is first and last poor experience I will ever experience... Also perhaps Uhaul should consider giving There Staff Sensitive Training... As there were other Customers waiting to be helped.. Wasn't satisfied with the employee who served me,gave the wrong out mileages.When I returned the vehicle they advised me to just leave the key and vehicle under the carport unlock because no one is able to help me. There was only one employee on duty at the counter.We have to wait an hour to check out because of the confusion.Generally they are very unorganized from the start to the end,very dissatisfied.

This survey completely missed the mark. WHY? Because the location above is not where I was supposed to pick up my trailer. It was where I had to go because the place that a reservation was made prior to pickup wasn't honored as there was no trailer there. Therefore I lost 3 hours because my reservation didn't mean crap and I had to drive all over Houston to get a trailer to replace the one I had reserved. Was I upset, HELL YES. TOTAL BS
The personnel who received the returned vehicle was awesome. He did a good job.
My husband went to return the uHaul and he said he was treated poorly. He likened it to drill sergeants barking out orders and did not feel welcomed by hospitable customer service. In addition to our bad experience in picking up the uHaul, we will not use your services or products again.
The lady at the front desk was a God send to me. I did not know somethings on how to do in the computer, I went to her and she took the time to help me with the computer needs which I did not know how to do. I did not get her name but she knows who she is and I say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The clerks made everything easy from reserving to returning the truck.
I had to call the man back to clean the console thoroughly. It was very dirty and oily looking. I thanked him. Then I started the truck and looked through the windshield and it was covered with bug guts. I just shook my head and drove to a filling station and scrubbed it myself. No, I was not happy with the lack of cleanliness, especially with the COVID Virus active. Please address this issue with the outside employees responsible for the cleaning the trucks. The inside man at the front desk was cordial and knowledgeable with checking us out.

Engine had a lot of hesitation while driving. Steering felt lose - possibly bad steering pump and misfiring engine. Really felt like the truck was going to break down. Didnt feel like that was a truck I would rent to anyone. Having paid almost a $100 bucks for a truck in that mechanical condition is really outrages. Specially cause I have a been a loyal Uhaul customer for a long time.

My first Uhaul, so I didn't know what to expect. Everything was great, quick, simple, and easy. Great service. Very helpful. I definitely recommend.
It is nice that there was a dolly and blankets available inside the truck for use, I assume that if you broke the seals you would be charged, which is ok. However the equipment takes up space inside the truck and cannot be removed without breaking the seals. Having these items inside The truck and available without requesting them is definitely great customer service.
I was charged for 1.3 miles over my â€œfree 80 milesâ€ that was included with my 2 day rental. However, I received no credit for returning the vehicle with â€œmore fuelâ€ in it than I started with. 1.3 miles over my contract for a charge of $.57 cents. Thx!
I ordered my trailer to a different location and I was called to let me know the trailer was waiting for me but when I got there the trailer was not there. I was not called so I could make other plans. I have to go to a different location to pick up wasting my time and putting my moving day behind.
They need to take out the funds out right then and there. In order not to get a extra nsf charge.
