Khalid A. | Overall ExperienceI noticed a staff encouraging another staff (while teach long them how to complete a task) charge someone improperly because they were not present and did me the same way, charging me an additional day though I was present with the rental waiting for their system to come up. The facility was well kept which is why the rating was given average due to my distraction being resolved after the dispute as well as having a clean and seem less unit to use for the time I did. Without that I would have given this location 2 stars
