The truck smelled it was one of the worst smells of my life it smelled like fish and smoke and alcohol and when asked the worker about it she just laugh about it saying the her coworker does weird stuff in there

When we arrived, the place was closed. We were fortunate that the lady was still on property. Probably not good practice to send customer to a business that is closed at the time drop off was scheduled. Unlike our reservation, we dropped off the vehicle before specified time.
DOUGLAS SMissing furniture pads and was not aware of lunch break closure, pick up time was during their break and I was unable to get keys of uhaul for 45 minutes
