I had reserved two furinture dollies and there were none to be had when I arrived. I understand shortage of equipment but something crucial to a move like a dolly should be notified to the customer head of time so they can prepare of make other arrangements.

Wilbert AI took pictures of the mileage and gas… dropped the keys and then went through the checkout process. Needless to say, I could not upload the pictures. Uploading vs. taking pictures should also be an option in the app. All in all, it was a quick and pleasant experience.
