While Check in was fine we had an issue with the gears slipping and staying in Reverse. We got stuck at our drop off location and had to have road side assistance come out, which clearly caused delays in our move. We were then unable to change gears and had to keep the truck running until it was returned. While this isn’t the fault of the location no apology or any interest in acknowledging the situation was made. A small discount would have gone a long way as well

Red Rocket Movers were hired through UHaul and were a big disappointment. They were 30 minutes late and refused to help unload everything even though they had an hour left on the 2 hour time clock. We had to unload the truck ourselves. Don’t hire their suggested movers.
