How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy first choice was ABC Towing and Repair in Oberlin, KS on 611 N. Penn Avenue. I never met the representative, nor was I able to get him to answer my calls. Calls from my wife, my sister and U-Haul customer service also went unanswered. Finally, a customer service representative made a reservation for a trailer for me at the above address in Hoxie KS, about a half hour drive away. For "ABC Towing and Repair" in Oberlin KS, my rating would be Poor, or less than Poor. I would never recommend this location to a friend.
