I did a drop off after hours. The service there is terrible so it was not easy to follow drop off instructions through the app. The parking lot is very dark and hard to find, with extremely large potholes that filled with water which I ended up falling in and soaking my foot.

WOW, the employee did ALL of the hard work for me on loading the car onto the trailer! Every place I've been to since then, I've had to do it myself. The weather was miserable, but the employee did all of the dirty-work for me, helped my back up the truck to the trailer, gave me pointers on double-checking everything, helped me check the operation of all lights. On top of all of that, he let me park my car at his facility while I loaded the truck and told me to call him when I expected to be back. I was running WAY behind, and he still accommadated me with no issues at all. This employee is simply fantastic - went above and beyond.
