Jason was extremely helpful. I had a problem with the light hookup and he knew what was needed and spent a lot of time looking for where to get the part. He made arrangement for the installation at the Tualatin shop so that I could keep my schedule. He also allowed me drop it off on Thanksgiving as well which we appreciated. The location was close to use and that makes it very easy to use.

The customer service was exceptional but access and parking is very difficult. However the truck is my main issue. It was very clean and looked good but ran horribly. It makes an awful noise when you turn it on and off, the breaks are very very soft taking quiet a bit to actually work, the break lights don't turn on until its almost at a complete stop ( we followed it and almost learned the hard way) and the drivers side window is VERY hard to roll up.
