Luis H.Truck at different location from the app . I didn't get the dolly that I rented
Lucas G.This location has terrible network coverage (Verizon). The Storage Plus employee was gone when I tried to return my truck and the network connection was so bad that the page timed out before it could load my account. I was trying for an hour to return my truck while my babysitter was stuck at my house with my infant and toddler. I was only able to return the truck because I resorted to asking a neighbor who lives next to the parking lot if I could use their WiFi. It was an incredibly frustrating experience and I recommend selecting a different location for your rental pickup and return. The actual truck was great and the check out/in process was otherwise fine, if a bit involved.
