Attendant at Hudson location would not modify my reservation as I needed and told me it was impossible to change. Told me to complain to Uhaul and gave me 800 number. I called and they changed the reservation in 2 minutes. Guy at store was a jerk, Not going back.

The staff here are fine, but the truck was out of gas when I picked it up. Also, you guys sent me to the wrong location the first time to pick it up. Not cool.

I had reserved a truck at the same location for Labor Day. Found out this location is not open on Labor Day. When I called to change my reservation I was placed on hold and then disconnected. I wish that it was clear which places are open and closed when making a reservation.

We were notified that our UHaul, which my nonprofit was renting for a full week to provide a free camp for children with cancer, was not available less than an hour before we needed to pick it up (after reserving weeks in advance). This has happened to us at multiple locations. We will not be renting a UHaul again from any location.

This location is a small storage/rental location. One person operation from what I saw. That said, it was a friendly, easy check out, better that most.

I reserved a 10 ft truck at a different location, but got defaulted to this one last minute because they didn't have the truck I reserved a week ago. They only had a 15 ft and I still had to pay the difference anyway. Really put a damper on our plans and made us late. Was also on hold for over 20 minutes with the same uhaul advertisements over and over. Tone them down if you can. There was also no walk through with the vehicle to provide me assurance that I don't have to claim damage I didnt do. Unprofessional.

Your reservations system absolutely sucks. I reserved a 15' truck in Marlboro, MA, got an email update I was shifted to Houghton st in Hudson MA and then got to Hudson and was told they had no info on my rental and gave me the 1-800 Uhaul #. I showed the clerk my email confirming said Hudson rental and I was told I had to go to Framingham. None of the instore customer service people could help me-it wasn't their fault-it was just the shitty UHaul rental system. I got ZERO notification my location had changed until AFTER I was en route to Framingham via the info from the 800 #. Then I miraculously got an email saying report to Framingham, but it was AFTER I was already en route to Framingham. Shitty job, Uhaul.

You need to add more visibility into the overage charges at drop-off. I was asked to pay another ~$80 beyond what I paid when I reserved the truck. The cost breakdown was not clear.
