The lock to get the key was very stuck and I couldn’t get it for nearly a half hour.

John TBooking and returning through the app was a nightmare. I returned the vehicle early and with more gas in it than when I got it, and the price I was charged was 10 less than originally quoted. Not too satisfied with that
