Gave me the wrong return address and got stuck with the U-haul for an extra day. Tried calling and using the chat to solution but to no avail. I also followed up for the extra day charge I received and have gotten no response despite multiple emails. Using another rental service moving forward.

CHARLES WI’ve rented equipment many times, mostly from this location. Never had a problem. My only issue is the 1.09 a mile charge. It’s getting to be expensive renting a truck.
