THOMAS BSo much easier than expected! Only recommendation is to load U-Haul app before doing your move in case you need it. When I returned truck my cell phone battery was nearly dead, I forgot my apple account password, I couldn’t load app for return until I got home and then couldn’t get my phone to share location which was required to finalize return online. Regardless, next morning I had email with final receipt and it was all good!
