I got a call a few days before my scheduled pickup saying this location didn’t have the 10ft truck I requested. They told me I’d have to get one at a different rental location just a mile down the road. I went there and there was no one working there. I then went to my original pickup location to try and figure out what was going on. They had a 10ft truck there after all. All in all, this was not a big mixup but I did wind up wasting half an hour and some time being confused about the situation. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
