The manager was perfectly patient and helpful from start to finish! When we saw the efficiency of the larger truck, we kept it yet another day which she made as transparent and easy (not to mention pleasant) as if the added day was expected. She made it all look easy. I was made to feel like family.

The whole process was super easy
Jacqueline SArrived after hours, no personnel on site as expected and was not a concern. Plenty of space to park. App makes it very easy. Please don't rate the staff at this location negatively. Suggest having a third option for outside of working hours drop offs.
SELENA COffice wasn’t open at 9am as advertised. Got charged an after hours fee. We returned the rental in the time frame we had said we needed it for. If we had known after 4 was the time we would have returned it earlier. Didn’t see that in the contract.
