Office wasn’t open at 9am as advertised. Got charged an after hours fee. We returned the rental in the time frame we had said we needed it for. If we had known after 4 was the time we would have returned it earlier. Didn’t see that in the contract.

Amber LThe app was not allowing me to do the return. I had my location on and it was not reading my location. I also had my app up to date . I had to return the trailer through safari, and it was able to read my location. This always happens when I use the app.
FERNANDEZ BI got a call a few days before my scheduled pickup saying this location didn’t have the 10ft truck I requested. They told me I’d have to get one at a different rental location just a mile down the road. I went there and there was no one working there. I then went to my original pickup location to try and figure out what was going on. They had a 10ft truck there after all. All in all, this was not a big mixup but I did wind up wasting half an hour and some time being confused about the situation. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.
